Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Luxe Elite Transportation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our transportation services.

Service Description

Luxe Elite Transportation provides premium ground transportation services including:

• Airport transfers to and from LAX and Orange County airports
• Point-to-point transportation services
• Hourly charter services
• Corporate and executive transportation
• Special event transportation

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Booking and Reservations

When you make a reservation with Luxe Elite Transportation:

• You must provide accurate and complete booking information
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
• You are responsible for ensuring pickup times and locations are accurate
• Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Last-minute bookings may be subject to availability and additional fees

Payment Terms

Payment policies include:

• Full payment or authorized deposit is required at time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars
• Pricing may vary based on distance, service type, and vehicle selection
• Additional charges may apply for wait time, tolls, parking, or special requests
• Gratuity for drivers is not included unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
• Flight delays or cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty

Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner
• Not damage or soil the vehicle
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the driver
• Not engage in illegal activities while using our services
• Not smoke or vape in vehicles unless explicitly permitted
• Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
• Secure your personal belongings; we are not responsible for lost items

Liability and Insurance

Luxe Elite Transportation maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage they cause to vehicles.

Wait Time and No-Shows

Our wait time policy:

• Airport pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time from flight landing
• Non-airport pickups: 5 minutes complimentary wait time from scheduled pickup
• Additional wait time may incur charges at our standard hourly rate
• After 30 minutes, the reservation may be considered a no-show

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
